Some businesses begin with a product.
Ours began with a promise.
At just 13 years old, our founder, Alisha Hudda, dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. Inspired by her father, she hoped that one day she would build a brand that would make him proud. When she lost him at the age of 15, that dream became a promise she quietly carried with her for years.
Life took her in many different directions. She worked across customer service, operations, and healthcare-related industries. Every experience taught her something valuable about people, service, and doing the right thing, even when it wasn't the easiest choice.
The turning point came while working for a company that supplied physiotherapy products.
One day, a customer came in looking for a wrist brace. As soon as Alisha saw his hand, she knew a brace wasn't the answer. His injury required immediate medical attention. Rather than completing the sale, she helped arrange a referral to a doctor so he could receive the care he truly needed.
A few days later, the customer returned. Not to purchase another product, but simply to say,
"Thank you for your remarkable care for your customers."
Those words stayed with her.
They became the inspiration behind HuddaMedi and continue to guide the way we serve our customers today.
