Refund & Return Policy
At HuddaMedi Products, we prioritize product integrity and customer safety. Due to the personal-use nature of our support products, return eligibility is limited.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items are eligible for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:
• Items must remain in original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
• Seal must be intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened, worn, or tried-on support and wearable products are non-returnable.
This includes any brace, wearable support, compression product, or body-contact item once its seal has been broken.
These items cannot be restocked for safety reasons.
Refund Processing
Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photo evidence so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
